Mr. Duodu possesses BSc and MSc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria, Qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana) and MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana Legon
He has experience in power network maintenance and rural electrification project implementation, having worked with the Electricity Company Ghana (ECG) from 1996 to 2004. He is a very experienced engineer and was a project manager in charge of all rural electrification projects in the Volta region at ECG. He supervised 33 kV and 11 kV power line installations, and the design and construction of power distribution networks.

He is currently the Acting Technical Director of the Energy Foundation.
