Benedict Doh is the Head of the Accounts Department of the Ghana Integrity Initiative. He is aChartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana. Additionally, he holds a degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in BSc. Banking and Finance and a Certificate in HND Accountancy from the Accra Polytechnic.
He has been very active in industry over the past 13 years (2004-date) and has effectively functioned in the roles of Accounts officer, Audit Assistant, a Consultant, Finance Officer, Senior Finance Officer and an Accounts Manager over these years.
He has worked for the following companies: Kwesi and Associates, Nissi Pharma, International Packaging Filling and Bottling Company Ltd (Contractor of Coca Cola Company Ltd) prior to joining the Ghana Integrity Initiative (The Ghana Chapter of Transparency International) in 2012.
Furthermore, he has participated in several training workshops - locally and International including Taxation Training organized by TJNA and OXFAM in Egypt.
He is also proficient in commonly used office and accounting packages. Experienced in VT transactions, Pastel Evolution, Word and Excel and have interfaced closely with IT in order to develop financial systems.
